Simply, all transactions are conducted between the MDM client and Equity Trust using the Equity Trust platform, where Equity Trust, not MDM or the customer, is actually executing the purchase, sale or storage of the digital currency.

MDM does not sell or issue payment instruments or stored value; nor does it receive any monies for transmission. MDM is solely responsible for interfacing with the client to make sure that they understand the third party platform and how to use it. Once an account is set up, clients self-direct the custodian, through the platform, to buy, sell or hold digital currency
